The anti-snoring is a custom made device consisting of two aligners inserted on the upper and lower dental arches.
These gutters are manufactured through a laser sintering process. The binding system is composed of two triangles attached to the bottom gutter and retention rods attached to the top gutter and the lower triangles to hold the mandible advanced.

The device takes into account the particularities of each patient and offers a better adaptation, which reduces discomfort and increases stability.

This innovative system reduces the forces acting in the horizontal plane. The elevation of the retention rod and the points of rotation on the triangles of the lower gutter and in the insertion holes of the upper gutter eliminate the vertical forces. This absence of vertical forces limits the grip of the gutter only strong teeth, which promotes comfort and, therefore, adherence to treatment. The design of the device helps promote work in the direction of weight training as well as reduce the size and the grip of the gutters for better comfort and increased protection of the teeth. This minimizes muscle pain and those with temporomandibular joints.

The pull mechanism allows the closure of the mouth, thereby reducing joint tension. Closing the mouth promotes nasal breathing to limit the vibrations responsible for snoring as well as collapse, which causes apnea episodes.

The device allows lateral and vertical movements occurring during sleep. Oral breathing is also possible. Wearing the appliance does not prevent you from drinking, yawning or talking. The parts of the plastic bonding system are safe for the patient and free of metal. There is no risk of swallowing or inhaling components.

The device also allows a gradual advance of 1 mm, according to medical recommendations. Advancement is achieved by changing the length of the retention rods.
